Pain CornerStore Looks At The Body - Mysterious And Wonderful
Can My Body Really Hurt This Much?
One of the most aggravating things for me as a chronic back pain sufferer, is getting in and out of my SUV.
You might think that having an SUV would make access and egress easier and to a degree it does. I don't have to
duck as much which saves me pains in my neck and I can put the seat back far enough so my legs are stretched
comfortably in front of me. My problem comes when I have to get in or get out of my SUV.
That twisting motion to swing your legs in and out after your butt is partly in the seat, THAT's the culprit. Most of my
back pain originates from the lower back region so any additional motion, especially a twisting motion, feels like I'm
putting my bones and nerves through a meat grinder.
The burning, pulling and stabbing sensation only increases each time I get in or get out of any vehicle. The pain gets so
bad that I have to take a break thru meds and do the ice/heat thing to try to calm down the pain that is in my back and
the effects that are radiating down my legs into my feet and toes.Imagine what happens to your lifestyle if you no longer have the option, the freedom, the choice to drive when you want to.

I don't know how I would react if I lost the choice to drive when I wanted to. Yes, we can call friends to take us here and

sets of 10 and increase as your staminda increases over time.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder, which means that pain can continue
